Elegant Blooms Blouse

When designing the styles for our online store, we always ensure they are so considered. We think about where our lovely customer would wear them, if they work for different occasions, how seamlessly they tie in with other pieces, how they fit across different sizes and simply, how the style feels to wear.  

It's been a few months since we launched our fresh online store and it's been everything we had hoped for. We thought it was time to shine a light on one of our best selling styles.... 

The Elegant Blooms Blouse was inspired by breezy painters’ smocks ~ by those quiet moments that embrace the slowness of life. Painting watercolours of Parisian streets or Prairie fields at dusk, when the light hits just so and everything is still. 

The billowing sleeves are in keeping with the artistic air of this style and tie in with the gentle oversized nature of the blouse. It's perfect for tucking into jeans, trousers and skirts or wearing it loose to float through the days. 

We like to focus on tiny details and the soft gathers at the cuff and neckline along with the small buttons keep the blouse simple, yet special. 

The fabric is 100% Viscose sourced from a sustainable mill in Italy. We designed the sweet black and cream daisy print in-house and printed this onto a viscose with a subtle jacquard stripe, which gives the fabric a beautiful texture.
